Unit4 har hovedkontor i Nederland, og kundedata behandles i flere land. Dokumentert lagring finnes i Irland for SaaS Talent Management (Azure) og i Nederland for katastrofegjenoppretting i Feature Services i EU-regionen, men Nederland er ikke bekreftet som lagringssted. Databehandleravtalen er lest, men oppgir ikke hvor data lagres; sted for lagring er ikke funnet i kildene. Prosessering dokumenteres i Irland, Danmark (Kaunt) og USA (Rustici Software på AWS US-East-1, kun for kunder utenfor EU/EØS). Support skjer blant annet i Polen, USA, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Sverige og Nederland, og flere andre land er oppgitt som supportlokasjoner. Varsler sendes via Twilio SendGrid i USA, valgfritt.
