Sophos Central: where is customer data stored and processed?
Sophos Central stores customer data in several countries, including Ireland, Germany, the United Kingdom and the USA, as well as other countries outside the EU/EEA depending on the region chosen. The customer can choose an EU data center for storage and select a region when setting up the account; the documentation varies somewhat by product. Processing also takes place in the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, India, Brazil and the United Arab Emirates for customers outside the EU/EEA. Logs and operational dashboards are processed in Germany, Ireland and the United Kingdom, among others, and analytics data at Google Cloud EMEA and Fullstory in the USA and Germany.
