Slack Enterprise Gold: where is customer data stored and processed?

Slack Enterprise Gold stores customer data with AWS. Customers can choose a data region (including Germany and France), but the source says data may be stored outside the chosen region. German-region data is backed up in France and vice versa. The source is a 2023 archived subprocessor list; the 2026 Salesforce documentation does not explicitly cover Slack.
