Help Scout: where is customer data stored and processed?

Help Scout is a US-headquartered supplier and the data processing amendment has been read, but it does not state where data is stored. Customer content is stored primarily with AWS in the USA, and the service also runs on AWS servers in the USA. Some storage and processing sits with sub-processors in the United Kingdom: Pinecone holds vector data, including AI-related data, and Pusher.io handles real-time services. Login runs through Auth0 in the USA, and logging and monitoring through Datadog in the USA. Email spam prevention is handled by E-hawk, analytics by Clickhouse Cloud and Anthropic PBC for machine learning, all in the USA.
