Fullstory: where is customer data stored and processed?
Fullstory stores customer data in the USA by default for all customers outside EU/EEA, and customers can choose an optional EU data center (EU1, europe-west3, country not stated) at setup. Google LLC processes and stores customer data in Germany, including security monitoring and AI inference. Support (Zendesk), CRM (Salesforce), email (Marketo) and threat detection (Fastly) are documented as processing data in the USA, and Anthropic supports AI features in the USA.
