CatalystOne: where is customer data stored and processed?
CatalystOne stores and runs service data in Azure datacenters in Sweden and Norway. The customer cannot choose region, and the location for any data stored in other countries is not stated. Notifications (SMS and email) are processed by Sinch in Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, and support tickets by Zendesk in Germany. Usage analytics via Google Analytics, only for the Engage module, is processed in Ireland. Support is provided from Norway, Sweden, Denmark and the EU/EEA.
