Acronis: where is customer data stored and processed?
Acronis is a Swiss company, and customer data is mainly stored in Europe, with regions in Germany, France and the United Kingdom, plus Australia and Singapore for customers outside the EU/EEA. The customer can choose a European region for storage. Customer support is carried out in India, Japan, the USA and Germany, and AI features process data in the USA via OpenAI and in the EU via Microsoft Azure.
