abacus: where is customer data stored and processed?

Abacus.AI stores and processes customer data mainly in the USA via AWS, Azure and GCP, and for customers outside the EU/EEA also in Canada. For European customers it is not confirmed whether data is stored or processed in the EU, although AWS eu-west-1 appears in the list of sub-processor regions. The customer can choose region, but the vendor also has regions outside the EU/EEA. AI functions are processed in the USA, Canada or the EU via OpenAI and Anthropic. The data processing agreement has been read and states transfer to the USA with SCC, but no specific storage location for European customers. Not stated: location for login, support, notifications, telemetry and backup for European customers, as well as customer group.
