WorkOS: where is customer data stored and processed?

WorkOS stores and runs its services in the USA, where its headquarters are located. Data transferred from the EEA, Switzerland and the UK is stored in or accessed from the USA under standard contractual clauses, as stated in Appendix B of the data processing agreement (updated 27 June 2023). Customers cannot choose region on the pages reviewed, and no EU region is stated. Hosting, email delivery, support, logging and analytics sub-processors are all listed with the USA as location, including Vercel, Postmark, Zendesk, Datadog, Segment, Snowflake and Google Analytics. Backup location is not stated, and neither is the location for identity/login, where no separate sub-processor is listed.
