Workday HCM: where is customer data stored and processed?

Workday stores and processes HCM customer data through AWS EMEA SARL in Luxembourg, which is documented as hosting within the EEA for all product lines. Other hosting locations (UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Singapore) are listed as possible but not confirmed, and the customer's actual data centre is not stated. A German Brandenburg region applies only to the EU Sovereign Cloud variant, not standard HCM. Customers cannot be shown to choose region for HCM. Support is provided from multiple countries, including the USA, Canada, Costa Rica and several EU states. Group companies in Ireland, Australia and India may have access, but this is assumed and not documented. The data processing agreement is read, but it does not state where data is stored.
