Workato: where is customer data stored and processed?
Workato's customer data is stored and processed in its Frankfurt, Germany EU data centre, and customers outside EU/EEA can use Singapore instead, with AWS infrastructure also documented in the USA, Israel, Germany, Singapore, Japan and Australia. Customers can choose region, but the default is USA. Support runs through Intercom in the USA, and security monitoring through Wiz, with location not confirmed beyond the options offered.
