Twilio Segment: where is customer data stored and processed?
Twilio Segment stores and runs customer data at AWS in Dublin, Ireland, when the customer chooses an EU region, and in the USA for customers outside the EU/EEA who use a US region. The customer chooses region, and the provider also has regions outside the EU/EEA that can be avoided. Identity, backup, support and notifications have no stated location, and Google Cloud is named as hosting some Segment services without a stated location.
