Tribia Interaxo: where is customer data stored and processed?
Tribia stores customer data in Norway, in Azure Norway and Orange's operations environment, according to the data processing agreement (DPA) appendices B and C. Storage in Sweden is not confirmed: the security article mentions Norway or Sweden, but the DPA only names Norway, while Orange's table lists Sweden as a processing region without making clear whether customer data is handled there. The customer group is not stated, and no certifications are listed. Login runs through Auth0 in Germany/EU, and security monitoring (SOC) is run by Truesec in Sweden/EU.
