SendSafely: where is customer data stored and processed?

SendSafely stores and runs customer content on AWS in Ireland, Germany, the USA and Australia, with the USA and Australia listed only for customers outside the EU/EEA. The customer cannot choose region, and limited storage countries are only available to enterprise customers on request. Support is handled by CrewBloom from the Philippines, which is not confirmed, and by Zendesk in the USA. Logging runs through Datadog in the USA, website analytics through Google in the USA, and SMS through Twilio in the USA. Login is via SSO or Google, but the location of the login provider is not stated. The data processing agreement is read but does not state where data is stored, so the storage locations come from other sources.
