Scaleway: where is customer data stored and processed?

Scaleway is a French cloud provider, and the material does not state a customer group, so no conclusion about private or business customers can be drawn. The data processing agreement is listed as a PDF on the contract page but was not opened, so it is not known whether it states storage locations. Documented storage and processing for customer data is in colocation facilities in Sweden, Poland, Italy, the Netherlands and France, all within the EU, according to the subprocessor list. Customers can choose region for Cockpit metrics and logs (Paris, Amsterdam, Warsaw or Milan). AI models in Generative APIs are reported to run in a Paris data center, but this is not confirmed, and anonymised API usage data is kept for up to six months, with personal data possibly stored in Paris.
