Safespring: where is customer data stored and processed?
Safespring is a Swedish provider whose parent company is Netteam Sweden AB, and it does not state that its customers are mainly private persons, so the customer group is not confirmed. Documented storage and processing run from data centres in Sweden and Norway, and the source does not separate storage from processing. Backup is administered by IssTech AB in Sweden, but the source does not say whether customer content is included, and the Safespring GDPR page says customer content is not backed up. The data processing agreement is read and states that data is not transferred outside EU/EEA and that subprocessors are listed in the privacy policy, but it does not state where data is stored.
