Pipedrive: where is customer data stored and processed?
Pipedrive stores customer data mainly in AWS regions in Germany (Frankfurt), Ireland (Dublin), and for customers outside the EU/EEA also in the UK, USA, Canada and Australia. Customers do not choose region themselves; accounts may end up in another data centre due to IP-based allocation, so contact support for the exact location. Support involves Rackspace in Switzerland with access to all customer data, Fullview in Denmark for screen sharing (not confirmed), and Intercom in Ireland. AI features run through providers in the USA and Ireland (OpenAI Ireland), and the Campaigns email feature is hosted by Tet SIA in Latvia. The data processing agreement is read but does not state where data is stored.
