Netigate: where is customer data stored and processed?
Netigate stores customer content mainly in Sweden, hosted by Cleura AB in an EU/EEA datacentre, with additional storage in the Netherlands and Ireland. Processing also takes place in Finland and Switzerland, the latter only for customers outside the EU/EEA. Customers cannot choose region; Germany storage is an alternative available only to qualified customers and is not confirmed as standard.
