LambdaTest: where is customer data stored and processed?
LambdaTest stores and runs customer data in several countries, mainly through AWS, and the customer can choose region for storage and processing, including Germany, Ireland, France, the UK and the USA. Some sub-processors and India and Australia are used for customers outside the EU/EEA, and Singapore for device hosting. Login runs through Okta (USA) and JumpCloud (India), notifications through Braze, logging through SumoLogic, support through Salesforce and analytics through Amplitude, all in the USA; generative AI through OpenAI is stated as USA. The data processing agreement has not been read, and the backup location, the location of Cloudflare and the location of Servecentric's hosting by country are not stated.
