Keepit: where is customer data stored and processed?

Keepit stores customer data in the region the customer chooses, and the documented regions are Denmark (Copenhagen), Germany (Frankfurt), the United Kingdom (London), Switzerland (Zurich), the USA (Washington DC), Canada (Toronto) and Australia (Sydney). Denmark and Germany are inside the EU/EEA, while the other five are only documented for customers outside the EU/EEA and can be left out. The customer picks the region, and backup goes to mirrored data centres in the same region. Customer support is carried out by Keepit Poland Sp. z o.o., a wholly owned EU subsidiary effective from 1 June 2026, and the data processing agreement lists it as a sub-processor. The data processing agreement is read but does not state where data is stored, so the storage location comes from other sources.
