Vendor profile

itslearning: where is customer data stored and processed?

itslearning stores and runs customer data mainly on Amazon AWS in Germany, Ireland and Sweden, and Skoleintra customers are hosted in Denmark through Proact and I2. The data processing agreement is read but does not state where data is stored, so the storage location comes from other sources or is not found. Customers cannot choose region according to the documentation provided. Support is delivered from several countries, including Norway, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, the United Kingdom (outside EU/EEA), Finland, Spain and Poland. Identity, notifications, backup, usage analytics and logging locations are not stated, and optional third-party tools may process data outside the EEA without a stated location.
