Vendor profile
Hoxhunt: where is customer data stored and processed?
Hoxhunt stores customer content in the EEA via Google Cloud EMEA (the source does not state a country), and US storage is optional and not confirmed. Customers cannot be shown to choose region from the source. The customer group is not stated, so the service cannot be classified as a business product or consumer product from the source. Hoxhunt Oy (Finland) has overall responsibility for the service, and processing in the EEA is documented. Support is provided from the EEA, the USA, Singapore and the UK, with the USA and Singapore documented. Phone and SMS notifications are handled by Twilio Ireland, with US processing documented during transfer.
