F24 CIM: where is customer data stored and processed?

F24 CIM is run from F24 Nordics' own servers in secure data centres in Norway, on geographically separated sites, so customer content is stored and processed in Norway. Daily backups are stored in several geographic locations; the source does not name a country, but since the data centres are in Norway, Norway is assumed. Customers cannot choose a region. The customer group is not stated, and the data processing agreement was not found: the privacy pages only say agreements exist with service providers without naming them. Login, support, notifications and telemetry locations are not stated, and telemetry logs are kept for up to one month. Google Analytics on the F24 website transfers visit data to the USA, though this applies to the website, not CIM.
