Enonic: where is customer data stored and processed?

Enonic stores and runs its production cloud services on Google Cloud Platform in the EU, but the country is not stated. The free self-service tier may be hosted in either the EU or the USA, and that choice is unclear. Encrypted off-site backup without keys is held by Microsoft Azure in Sweden. Identity and authentication run through Auth0 in the EU, although the privacy policy names the USA for Auth0, which deviates from the subprocessor list. Customer support uses Zendesk in the EU, while Slack for community support is in the USA and community forum support is in Norway. Web analytics are processed by HubSpot in the USA and Matomo Cloud in New Zealand, and email sending uses Mailgun in Germany. The data processing agreement is read but does not state where data is stored.
