ElevenLabs: where is customer data stored and processed?
ElevenLabs stores customer data in the USA by default, according to its data location page. Enterprise customers with data residency can choose an isolated environment in the EU (country not specified), India or Singapore, and Singapore may also be used for non-Enterprise customers via Google Cloud and AWS. Processing in the EU is not confirmed for non-Enterprise customers. The Data Processing Addendum (8 April 2026) is read but does not state where data is stored; this comes from other sources. Support staff outside the residency region may access data, including for content moderation. Backup, identity and notifications locations are not stated, and the sub-processor list at compliance.elevenlabs.io has not been read.
