Dashlane: where is customer data stored and processed?
Dashlane stores and processes encrypted Secured Data and user databases with AWS in Ireland (Dublin) and Germany (Frankfurt). The data processing addendum was read, but it does not state where data is stored, so this comes from other sources. Customers cannot choose region according to the documentation. Login verification runs through Vonage in the USA, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, and support through Ada Support in Canada and Zendesk in the USA. Notifications use SendGrid in the USA, crash reporting uses Adjust in Germany and Sentry in the USA, and site analytics uses Google in the USA.
