Darktrace: where is customer data stored and processed?
Darktrace stores and runs customer data in AWS, Azure and GCP regions in Ireland and the Netherlands, and the customer can choose between them. Support is provided 24/7 from the USA, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Africa and South Korea, and support cases are handled by Zendesk in the UK, Ireland and the EU. E-mail sending through Mailgun is located in the EU and the USA, while logs and telemetry are processed by Atlassian in the Netherlands, GitLab in the UK, and Darktrace/Email in AWS in Ireland or the Netherlands. Analytics and CRM are handled by Pylon in the USA, HubSpot in Germany, Gainsight in Germany, and Salesforce in the UK, Sweden and the Netherlands. The data processing agreement is read, but it does not state where data is stored.
