Clumio: where is customer data stored and processed?

Clumio is a backup product owned by Commvault Systems in the USA. The customer group is not stated, so the service is not treated here as a specific business or private product. The customer can choose region, and the vendor has regions outside the EU/EEA that can be opted out of. Storage in Germany (Frankfurt) is not confirmed, although the Standard variant stores data in the same region as the source, and Frankfurt is listed as an EU option.
