Vendor profile
Browserbase: where is customer data stored and processed?
Browserbase is headquartered in the USA, and the flow shows that customer content is processed there and may run in two regions that are not confirmed: the default is us-west-2 (Oregon) for customers outside the EU/EEA, while eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) can be selected via the API. Storage in the USA is stated for the ClickHouse infrastructure, but the list does not apply to all services. The data processing agreement has not been read, and the trust center states no data processing agreement or link to such an agreement. The sub-processor list shows AWS, Vercel, Supabase and Grafana Labs, all with the USA as location, and SOC 2 Type II is stated as a certification. Location for backup, identity, support and notifications is not stated.
