BankID: where is customer data stored and processed?

BankID is a product from Stø AS in Norway, and the customer group is mainly private individuals, so the service is not a business product. The provider's documentation does not state where customer content, processing, backup, identity or notifications are stored and run, and no country has been found for these. Support is provided by banks acting as data processors, and Norway is documented as the location, but not the city. Logs, telemetry and analytics from tools.bankid.no, including IP address and usage data, are sent to Google and stored in the USA, but this is not confirmed and the transfer basis is not stated. The data processing agreement has not been read, and no data processing agreement for BankID has been found.
