Atlassian Loom: where is customer data stored and processed?
Atlassian stores Loom content in Germany if the customer chooses Germany as region when creating a new Loom workspace, and in the USA (Oregon) for customers outside the EU/EEA who choose that region. Where no region is chosen, Loom is hosted on AWS in Sweden, and further storage in Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, Canada, Australia and Singapore is documented. Support is provided from the Philippines, Romania and South Africa, while USA-based support is not confirmed. Notifications and AI functions run through US sub-processors such as Mailchimp, OpenAI and Twilio Segment, and identity, backup and telemetry locations are not stated.
