Atlassian Jira: where is customer data stored and processed?
Jira Cloud stores customer data mainly on AWS in several countries, including Sweden, Ireland, Germany and the USA, and the USA is listed as a storage location for customers outside the EU/EEA. Customers do not always choose region, though some regions can be selected. Support is delivered from Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland and the USA.
