Admincontrol Board Portal: where is customer data stored and processed?
Admincontrol stores Board Portal customer data in private cloud, with the documented locations in Norway (Oslo, Stack data centres), Ireland, the Netherlands and Sweden (Azure regions). Norway is the only documented processing location, carried out by Admincontrol AS. Customers cannot choose region in the material read. Login runs through Microsoft cloud login (Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway) and Signicat (Finland), while SMS and two-factor codes are sent via Link Mobility (Norway) and LEKAB (Sweden), and transactional email via Mailjet (Germany, Belgium). Usage analytics through Pendo are located in Germany, Belgium, Finland and the Netherlands. Local sales and support are provided from Sweden, Denmark, Finland and the UK.
