Vendor profile
Accenture International: where is customer data stored and processed?
Accenture International, headquartered in Ireland, is a service provider for incident response and forensic work, and the customer group is not stated, so this is not a consumer product. The data handling agreement is read and states where data is stored, but a region choice for the customer is not documented. Forensic data is temporarily stored and analysed in a Microsoft virtual cloud environment in the same country or region as the customer, where the EU is stated for European customers, though the specific European country is not stated. Microsoft Teams in the USA may hold project details with personal data for customers outside the EU/EEA.
